Returns/Refunds:

El Sol operates as a print-on-demand company, meaning that each product is uniquely crafted and produced upon order. As a result, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for instances where customers have selected the wrong size or colour, or have had a change of preference.

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please reach out to our team through the email at elsol.collectives@gmail.com. Kindly include a clear photo illustrating the problem to assist us in addressing the issue promptly.

At El Sol, we operate through drop shipping to provide you with an extensive range of products. Occasionally, our chosen suppliers may run out of stock briefly for specific items. In such instances, your order is seamlessly re-assigned to another reputable supplier that can fulfil your purchase. Rest assured, the product remains exactly the same. If you find your order status marked as 'on hold,' it may be due to this re-assignment process. We strive to keep you informed and may reach out to you to provide a heads-up about any potential delays. Don’t stress, we cover any additional costs (including costs of shipping), if your order is fulfilled at another supplier. While we work diligently to ensure prompt shipping, please understand that guaranteeing specific shipping times can be challenging. We appreciate your understanding, and we'll do our utmost to keep you informed if any delays occur.

Why does the item not appear ‘out of stock’ if the supplier is low on inventory?

Our store doesn't explicitly indicate when an item is out of stock, so you can still place an order even if the drop shipper is currently without inventory. In such cases, your order will be fulfilled, but there might be a slight delay as we await the restocking of the particular item. Or while your item is fulfilled by another supplier. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we're committed to ensuring you receive your chosen products. Majority of the time customers will not be aware that this process took place for their order. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Shipping:

As we operate through drop shipping, we rely on our suppliers to fulfil your orders promptly. While this allows us to offer a diverse range of products and minimise waste, it also means that we are unable to guarantee specific shipping times. The delivery timeline is influenced by factors such as supplier availability and location. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and are committed to doing our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Why does it cost an extra $1 per item in my cart?

This is a part of the drop shipping process. Product may be manufactured by various suppliers at times. We charge you a flat rate of $15 within Aus and $20 everywhere else in the world. Any additional costs to shipping we cover for you.

Where is my order being made?

We prioritise efficient and timely order fulfilment. While all our selected suppliers are based within Australia, in some instances, if an order is placed outside of Australia, we may opt for a closer supplier to ensure swifter delivery. Rest assured, your order's pricing remains the exact same as does the product. This strategic approach allows us to enhance the speed of delivery to our international customers, ensuring a smoother and more expedited shipping process for you. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible service tailored to your location.

Christmas Shipping!!

Oh the stress around ordering Christmas presents in time. Due to operating through drop shipping it is challenging for us to give you an exact cut off date for Christmas orders. Our suppliers have advised us that it is best for you to order by Dec 12th for Christmas presents. Although this is just ‘advice’ and is not a promise. As you are aware Christmas time an shipping can we quite hectic and unpredictable. We will do our very best to get all your orders under the tree in time.
