Commission Process
1. Enquiry
2. Concept and Quote
Once I review your enquiry, I’ll get back to you with more information and a price quote.
At this stage we’ll refine the overall direction together to ensure the piece feels aligned with your space and aesthetic.
3. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission booking and begin the artwork.
The remaining balance (+ shipping if needed) is due prior to dispatch.
4. Creative Process
When you commission a piece from me, you’re trusting my artistic style and allowing space for creative freedom throughout the process.
My approach is very intuitive and organic, so I don’t offer fixed sketches or provide drafts/progress updates, as the artwork naturally evolves while I’m creating it.
The final piece will stay true to both the overall design direction we’ve discussed and my signature artistic style.
5. Completion
Once the artwork is complete, you’ll have the option to either:
- Receive final photos/videos of the finished piece
- Wait to see the final product in person
You will have the choice to either collect the piece from Newcastle or pay for shipping.
Important Notes
- Due to the custom nature of commissions, deposits are non-refundable
- Colours may vary slightly in person due to screen settings
- By booking a commission, you are trusting my artistic style and creative interpretation
